Job Duties
Identify and screen Healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Home Health Aides.
Utilize a variety of recruiting methods to source qualified candidates to provide Home Care services.
Build and maintain relationships with a network of healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and generate referrals.
Coordinate with Administrative team to prioritize recruitment needs, understand clinical requirements, and refine the overall hiring process.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience as a professional Recruiter
Track record of proven results Recruiting in-demand professionals
Firm understanding of the Recruitment Process and how to source candidates
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Healthcare Recruiting a plus, Home Care Recruiting a huge plus
