Entry Level Medical Billing – taking all the basic questions so that AR Specialists can focus on Appeals/Denials
Responding to patient questions about bills that they have
updating insurance information that wasn’t applied at the time
processing payments and updates to patient profiles
data entry to maintain files and records
working with billing team to provide updates to patients based on what the billing team is seeing

Medicare, Medicaid, EOB, Post Payments, ICD 10, Customer Service, EPIC, claims processing, cpt, payment posting, health insurance, medical claim, accounts receivable, claim, payment poster, healthcare medical, insurance claim, denied claims
