We are rapidly growing and are looking for a new key teammate to help us manage the growth.The ROM assists teams with their performance targets in revenue, billing, and customer service targets through the direct management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Able to mediate communication effectively between offices and Support Center (HR, Billing, Marketing, etc.)The assistant regional Manager is responsible for the following:Key Responsibilities:Ensure the teams and Doctors deliver quality and compassionate dental care to every patient.Work closely with the office leadership team (Assistant Team Leaders, Team Leaders, and Dentists) to ensure dental programs are effectively managed, the staff is fully trained, and that customer service standards are met.Be an advocate for Team Leaders, Team Members, Doctors and Company Leadership. Be a liaison between the offices and the Lone Peak support team – Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Accounting, Supplies and Equipment.Achieve financial performance targets such as revenue and billing first time approval rates.Drive team effectiveness while managing operational budgets.Ensure office efficiency through clinical and business salaries less than 20% of overall office collections.Enhance communication systems within the region to ensure effective communication up, down, and across the organization. Organizational clarity, goal alignment for company initiatives.Enhance team member satisfaction and retention through practices that promote communications, rewards/recognition, teamwork, and administration of effective employee relations practices.Maintain awareness of market conditions in the region. Recommend changes to deflect competitive pressures or to seize opportunity to capture greater market share.Work with the Team Leader to provide effective training within the offices supporting excellent patient experience.Recruitment and onboarding of Assistant Team Leaders, Team Leaders, and Doctors.Coach Team Leaders on their needs.Identify training needs and ensure teams are trained and up to speed for business needs including, but not limited to, new hire training, re-training, new technology training, leadership training, offering of discount plans, confirmation, and communication training. Work with the Team Leader to provide effective training.Work closely to develop Team Leaders and Team Members to understand everyday processes associated with the systems of the office. Hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations and company compliance.Work with leadership to identify and address business concerns within the offices on a timely basis. Develop action plans specific to each office and effectively and successfully implement those plans.Identify training needs and ensure teams are trained and up to speed for business needs including, but not limited to, new hire training, re-training, new technology training, leadership training, offering of discount plans, confirmation, and communication training. Work with the Team Leader to provide effective training within the offices supporting excellent patient experience.Work closely with the Ortho Team Leaders and Ortho Team Members to understand everyday processes associated with the systems of the office and enhance for comprehensive patient care.Help and support Team Leaders achieve goals for their individual offices – collections, patient visits, patient show rate, and same day starts.Accountability and ownership to drive growth and meet budgets P&L goals.Achieve financial performance targets such as revenue, starts, accounts receivable and EBITDA.Identify opportunities for improvement and problem solve for solutions.Work with leadership to identify and address business concerns within the offices on a timely basis.Onboard new offices so they are in alignment with our business standards.Ensure Doctor engagement with routine meeting structure for each office. Consistently working with the doctor to improve patient care and overall success.Ensure consistent, routine site visits for each office with a minimum visit to each office at one per quarter.Qualifications:A minimum of 2+ years of experience of dental management experience overseeing 15-20 employees over multiple locations is required. Multi-unit management experience is a plus.Extensive Orthodontic knowledgeThe ability to interpret financials, trend reports, etc. is required.Demonstrated success in growing both the top and bottom line is required.Must have proficiency in dental software (Denticon highly preferred), MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other various office software and equipment.Must have a proactive personality with the ability to be flexible and responsive.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and staff development skills are required.Must be a team player; able to effectively build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, especially with in-office staff.The ability to process tremendous quantities of data in an organized, focused fashion is required.Must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.The ability to priority and engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines is required.Must have a high degree of initiative, accountability and independent judgment.The ability to travel up to 80% is required.Pay: Starts at $80kBenefits: Full benefit package, travel reimbursementJob Type: Full-timePay: From $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Dental Management: 2 years (Required)multi-practice: 1 year (Required)Willingness to travel:75% (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
