Job Description : Small law firm that helps clients get Social Security disability benefits. Represents a wide range of clients with disabilities. Office consists of friendly solo lawyer and assistant. We have an office dog so you must be very comfortable with dogs.Job Duties:Use computer software to generate medical records requestsMake phone calls to clients to confirm records neededMake phone calls to medical offices to follow up on records requestsFile medical records onlineScan medical recordsRequirements:Proficient with Adobe AcrobatProficient with basic PC computer operatingComfortable and friendly on the phone with a wide range of individualsDiligent, organizedAble to maintain the confidentiality of client informationEducation Required: High School DiplomaHours: 15-19 hours total.
