The Madden Corporation manufactures and distributes more than 9,000 products to nearly 2,000 customers throughout Hawai’i, Alaska, and the continental U.S.Currently we are seeking a high energy, self-motivated team player to join our fast paced, dynamic Information Services Division providing technical and administrative support to our operations and sales team!ResponsibilitiesProcess sales orders, credit memos, and invoices.Research, compile, and review data to create effective reports.Managing various system updates to ensure the most up-to-date information is posted daily and/or monthly.Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel; creating spreadsheets, formulas, linking, importing, exporting.Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and TrueCommerce.Proficient math skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multi-task.Professional written and verbal communication skills.Other responsibilities as directed.RequirementsExcellent math, written and verbal communication skills required.Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Outlook.Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) & TrueCommerce is preferred.Ability to work independently with good analytical and problem solving abilities.BenefitsHoliday PayPaid time offMedical, Dental, Drug, Vision InsuranceGroup Life InsuranceReferral BonusesEmployee DiscountWe are a drug-free and non-smoking company.To apply, e-mail cover letter and resume in PDF format.
