Job Description : Fast paced oral surgery office is looking for an energetic, highly motivated full-time Operations Manager, healthcare experience preferred.Operations Manager duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: processing payroll, demonstrating a solid understanding of human resource practices, interviewing and hiring, training new and existing employees, planning, assigning, and directing tasks, coordinating employee performance reviews, addressing employee performance and creating corrective action plans, coordinating repairs and projects with vendors, and working closely with management team to identify opportunities for improvement and development.We offer great benefits including medical and dental insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
