Position : Office/HR Manager
Job Description : Responsibilities: Keeps up with HR news and trends and keeps the supervisors and management current on any needed changes.Manage employee conflicts and issues such as Poor Employee Behavior, Drug Use, co-worker relations, low performance, tardiness, etc.Maintain and keep current Employee files, Government compliances (pull driver’s abstracts, renew business licenses, etc).Administer the employee benefits plan (401K) – working with the TPA to execute on the various tasks (enrolling, loan processing, vesting out, etc)Update employee manual.Manage insurance claims, unemployment claims and other similar duties.Managing various office vendors.Maintain office supplies.Organize company activities.Requirements: HR Training and/or experience required.Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus. (AP, AR, bank & credit card reconciliations)Certified payroll experience is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
