Job Description : Foodland Super Market, Ltd., Hawaii’s largest locally owned grocery retailer is hiring for Personal Shoppers (part-time) to join our Kapolei family. This is an hourly position and we offer a comprehensive benefits package.We are looking for individuals who have strong customer service focused skills, are excellent communicators, highly motivated, detail oriented, positive, outgoing and organized. Personal Shoppers provide superior customer service to all customers who visit Foodland and acts as a liaison between the store, shopping center and the surrounding community.Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:Have a full understanding of the Foodland-To-You service and execute outreach to bring in customersHelp customers create accounts, place orders, and trouble shootResponsible for picking customers’ orders with 100% accuracy and select products that are the best quality (produce, meat, seafood, canned goods etc.)Picking the order using a mobile deviceWork with other in-store departments to fulfill ordersPick items for substituteCalling customers regarding order for substitutes or out of stocks with excellent customer serviceReview, validate, ringing and true-up (charge customer online), bagging and closing out ordersComplete any necessary add-on’s or refunds to customers order on the POS and on the webformDelivers order to customer by curbside pick upDelivers orders that are accurate and on time to customers while providing excellent customer serviceRequirements:Must be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license with a clean abstractMust be able to pass qualifications for Huimust have valid TB clearancemust comply with all company policies and requirements including the COVID-19 vaccination policymust pass math test and cashier training after hiremust be able to deliver orders to customer by curbside pick upmust be able to complete grocery deliveriesable to lift, maneuver, and/or carry 50 pounds, at, above and below waist levelable to successfully operate company systems and machines used for ordering, navigation, and transportationMust be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
