Job Description : Rate of Pay: $20.00 / hourly
Work day: Monday – Friday / 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Summary of Duties:
Work closely with production manager to ensure orders are completed and shipped on-time
Maintain inventory or supplies and consumables
General clerical duties such as filing, data-entry, documentation, record keeping, note taking, interacting with technicians and other departments
Daily tracking of production sheets and logs
Monitor and schedule preventative maintenance for various equipment
Must be highly detailed, able to manage time and schedule, can adapt easily and flexible to changes, able to work in a group but also independently to accomplish a goal
Has a desire to grow and participate in continuous professional growth

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Training will be provided
Abilities, Knowledge and Skills: MUST have computer skills (Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook), strong interpersonal skills, team player and independent worker, able to communicate both verbally, listening, written, a willingness and tenacity to learn, is detail-orientated & thrives on following a rigid process and procedures, self-motivated
PHYSICAL and/or MEDICAL DEMANDS:
Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, talk, reach, climb two-flights of stairs, stoop, crouch, listen, vision capable of reading, viewing a computer screen and inspection of small electronic components, may occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
