Our office is looking for a positive, charismatic, energetic, and self-motivated individual to help assist the doctor with serving the community and surrounding communities with the highest quality and standards of patient care and comfort.Patient Coordinator/Front Desk ReceptionistPrimary responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining appearance and order of oral surgery office, patient scheduling, and patient managementThe job duties include greeting patients, answer telephone calls, respond to and send emails/faxes, gather information from patients upon patients arrival by having them fill out forms, schedule and confirm appointments, receive patient payments, record them in a database, and provide receipts to patientsConduct patient insurance verificationPersonal RequirementsEducation/Experience:High school diploma or equivalentBilling and collections experience preferredWorking knowledge of computers for Microsoft Office, scheduling, insurance claims processing and records management. WinOMS experience preferred.Hours:40 hours per week.
