Job Description : COVID-19: As a Federal Contractor Technica LLC and it’s employees are required to adhere to all government agency guidelines as it applies to COVID-19 vaccination, wearing face masks and social distancing (disability and religious belief exemptions available).*Position Summary: *Responsible for coordinating daily transportation routes, vehicles used, number of drivers; prepares and organizes a daily transportation schedule to ensure the timely transportation of all approved routes.Assists the Shuttle Service Supervisor with data for written management plans, maintenance instructions, task status analysis, dispatching duties, cost reports, and other related documents as requested.Effective communication skills (e.g. face to face with customers when required).On a daily basis, prepares written transportation and pre-trip inspection reports. Daily/Weekly reports are compiled for a monthly report.The position will be responsible for dispatching vehicles and drivers in connection with customer requests for on-call service, route service and an in-processing tour.Will verify accuracy of final reporting submitted..The duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to the position.*Basic Qualifications: *Valid State Issued Drivers License.High School Diploma or equivalent.US Citizen18 years or older*Desired Qualifications: *2 Years Supervisory Experience.Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).All Applicants Must Pass a National Agency Background Check and be able to receive a CAC Card.Strong Communication Skills.Professional Telephone Etiquette.Familiarity with the Greater Fort Wainwright installationCustomer Service Skills.Class B or higher Commercial Drivers License is Desired.Location: LRC Bldg 3030, Fort Wainwright, AK 99703Job Type: Full-time
