Job Description : Parts Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties that support the Parts Department’s daily operations.
Order Entry
Invoicing
Incoming Customer Calls
Inventory Control
Purchasing
Filing
Parts expediting and will call pick up in the Anchorage area.
Deliveries in company vehicle.
Responsibilities will include assisting customers and in-house technicians in providing correct parts for repairs, communicating both over the phone and in person. Looking up correct part numbers from parts manuals, parts inventory control, selling parts to customers, ordering parts from suppliers, shipping and receiving part shipments and stock orders.
