Job Description:
Content Creation – Creation of effective training programs
Facilitate New Hire Training
Ensure successful execution of employee training needs
Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires’ & Production employees
Publishing reports/Dashboard (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) basis requirement
Perform RCA and suggest Corrective Action Plan during training ramp
To analyse and take appropriate decisions on Performance Improvement
Experience & exposure to conduct effective TNI & TNA
For the initial 3 months , post onboarding, the candidate is expected to undergo extensive process training and will be aligned to learning the product & gain expertise
Skills Desired:
Minimum 3 year of experience as a Trainer with minimum 1 year of experience in process training
Should possess strong interpersonal qualities
Strong Communication and Articulation
Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint & Excel)
Effective problem-solving ability
The selected candidate should be comfortable working across shifts
