Position : Operations Executive
Job Description : To coordinate with PCCs, Nursing, Maintenance, Laundry, Housekeeping, Security, Kitchen and other departments related to patient care.
To monitor the outstanding of the patient on daily basis and recover the balances with dignity & decorum.
To take daily round of the wards/ floors/ OPD.
To ensure proper firefighting arrangement including training and smooth functioning of equipments.
Ambulance care and its fitness.
Facilitate in smooth transaction of different files/papers related to patients among different centers of Regency Healthcare.
To look after CCTV operation and arrange to view/ save footage in a particular case.
Bed management when hospital is full of its capacity by facilitating discharges and shifting of patients.
To supervise and monitor casualty dept. for its smooth functioning.
Facilitate in smooth transaction of different files/papers among different units of Regency Healthcare.
Provide necessary CQI data to Quality department.
