Minimum qualifications
Education: HSSC, ITI or Polytechnic passed (any branch), any Computer Hardware certifications (CompTIA++ etc.)
Capabilities:

Capable of Computer Hardware repair of any kind, Software installation including OS (Windows (all versions), Linux and mac).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native language as well as English)

Responsibilities:

Solve client hardware problems, with detailed reporting
Occasionally, direct interaction with clients, working on site
Negotiate work cost based on standards set by Advit solutions
