Job Description : Ahmedabad • Full-time • 3 – 4 LPA
Responsibilities:
Collecting, tracking and analyzing COGS (Food) information and maintaining an expenses
database (outlet-level)
Constructing data accumulation systems.
Determining fixed costs & controlling variable costs.
Advisory on cost restructuring & setting COGS target (SKU wise). Review standard and
actual food costs for inaccuracies
Prepare budgeting reports (outlet level)
Dotted line with purchase executive to identify and implement cost effective solutions.
Requirements:
Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting and auditing
Sound Knowledge and hands on experience of MS Office softwares
At par knowledge and hands-on experience for operations & supply
People manager and result oriented
