Job Description : Analyzes overages and shortages in order to reconcile discrepancies in payments. Researches check copies and prior invoices to assist in balancing; Determines requirements for servicing accounts as directed through verbal or written requests. Prepares basic accounting paperwork required to process refunds/transfers. Communicates with internal and external customers for the purpose of obtaining, clarifying, or delivering information pertaining to invoice reconciliation. Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks with concentration, speed, and accuracy to meet service level requirements. Performs other duties as required.

Position Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent and one year of related work experience or one year of college, business or technical school

Possess good comprehension, communication, writing and grammatical skills, and a strong research, mathematical and reasoning ability

Microsoft Word/Excel – Basic

Successful completion of Exceptional Customer Service Skills course within one year of hire date

Journals – Recording/booking journals in books of accounts based on input.
Reconciliations – Comparing and analyzing variances between general ledgers.
Reports – Collating and summarizing financial data. (Finance/Management reports)
Customer setup – Creating and amendment customer/cost center data.

As part of a migrations of Exela F&A Shared services from 3rd Party to Captive. There is a requirement to built a resource pipeline to be created before initiating any discussion
