Key job responsibilities: –
Define the training plan and schedule
Training to new hired employee/project interns/students
Coordinate with the department head and team lead regarding TNA(Training Need Analysis)
Transfer or share knowledge to a new developer or existing
Devising technical training programs according to organizational requirements
Producing training schedules and classroom agenda
Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, assignments etc.)
Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Required skills & experience
Development and training experience required
ASP.NET, MVC, C#, MS SQL Server – Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, Web API
