Job Description : *_Note: Candidates will have to work from our office from day one due to hardware dependency_*
Job Description: Design and development of wiring harness for EV/FCEV/HV systems.Knowledge of Fuse/wires CSA/connector/Cables selection for HV/EV systems.Circuit/harness preparation on CAPITAL-H/VeSys/Zuken.3D CAD wire routing and system integration in Creo/ProE.Wiring harness and wiring service document preparation.Hands on EV/HV system and component testing.Hands on experience with Electric Vehicle/ HV system such as high voltage Batteries, Motors, Controllers, sensors.Hands on Virtual/system/Vehicle level integration.Component selection such as relay/contactor/cable/connector for of EV/HV system.Knowledge on CAN communication and its guidelines.Troubleshooting and problem solving with RCA/fishbone/Why-Why analysis technique.Knowledge on Design process such as DFM, DFS, DFMEA, DR etc.Customer and Supplier handling issue resolution.
