Position : REMOTE Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description : 6 Month Contract (Possibility for Extensions and Perm)** 90 % REMOTE **Pay: $19/hour – $24/hourBenefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k and paid every Friday
2-3 Must Haves:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 + years of accounts payable experience
Proficient with basic computer skills
Detail oriented
Problem solving skills
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
Day to Day: An employer in Englewood, CO is looking for an AP Specialist to join their team. This person will go onsite for the first couple weeks for training and then will be working remotely. This person will be responsible for verifying account payable invoices and expense reports, entering invoice and check information into the Accounting system, audit expense reports in compliance with the IRS, review vendor statements, resolve issues, and respond appropriately to each transaction. Additional responsibilities will include working with vendors, other employees and resource managers, and contribute to other side projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
