Midnight Sun Car & Van Rental is hiring for part-time, Rental Agent positions with permanent full-time options open at our location near the Anchorage International Airport. We are seeking positive, motivated, outgoing professional rental agents to help visitors see the state of Alaska in the best vehicles, and receive the best customer service experience possible.
Pay is an hourly base of $17/hour.
We provide a comprehensive in-house training with key sales concepts as well as specific dialogs to use in recommending products and overcoming objections.
Qualified applicants must possess:
Strong self-motivation to maximize every sales opportunity, recommend our products, and overcome objections
Excellent punctuality and time management skills
Positive “can-do” attitude and desire to go above and beyond for customers
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Current valid driver’s license
Good employer references
Computer proficiency a must
Minimum of 30 wpm typing ability
Previous customer service experience preferred.
The current position available is five days a week 9:30AM to 6:00PM, possibly working weekends. Hours are subject to change.
