The Political Action Committee Manager is responsible for managing the Employees of Northrop Grumman PAC. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Working with key executives to establish PAC goals, prepare data and reports, and execute plans to support membership and mission of the PAC.
Drive strategic growth of the PAC including creating PAC solicitations, planning, and conducting events.
Manage day to day activities of the Political Action Committee including PAC budget, state and federal disbursements, and membership.
Lead a robust team of internal peer-to-peer ambassadors.
Lead annual large charity-matching program and process.
Responsible for PAC compliance including FEC filings and managing compliance vendor.
Must have outstanding analytical skills, exceptional judgment, and the ability to work with staff at all levels of the corporation.
Requires the ability to balance multiple, competing priorities.
Superior writing, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail are required.
A strong work ethic and collaborative approach is paramount. The demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others is critical.

Basic Qualifications:

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in political science, public policy, public administration, communications, finance or related field and a minimum of 7 years project management or administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

PAC Management, fundraising, general knowledge of legislative branch and political process.
Masters Degree preferred.
Experience in project management as well as background in analyzing and providing guidance in areas of regulatory and audit compliance.

Salary Range: $130,500 USD – $195,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
