Job Description : ABOUT ENDOT INDUSTRIES, LLC
Endot Industries has 50 years of experience specializing in the manufacturing of small diameter polyethylene pipe for water, wastewater, gas, and conduit applications.
Endot is currently seeking an in-office customer service representative to work out of our Rockaway, NJ location. This role will be responsible for providing quality customer service which includes order entry and invoicing, discussing inventory, product availability and pricing with customers.

Excellent customer service skills.
Keen eye for detail.
Strong data entry skills.
Perform in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a timely and efficient manner.
Analytical skills, including math and Excel
Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from co-workers and customers.
Ability to be a team player but work independently.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Ability to operate computer & office equipment, including familiarity with current software packages such as Microsoft Office and Teams.
Maintain a basic understanding of the product line after training.
Process Purchase orders and prepare invoices for customers.
Talk with customers concerning quotes, orders, shipments returns and products.
Prepare quotes for customers as a back up to inside sales.
Process customer returns.
Reconcile freight invoices.
Process credit applications for new accounts.
Must be flexible and cooperative in accepting various assignments & general office duties including filing.
