Position : Work Order – Medical Clerk Tripler
Job Description : As Work Order Clerk, you will perfom support services for DP&R and the Health Equipment Management Branch (HEMB), Medical Maintenance Department in Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC).
Tasks this position entails include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform a variety of clerical duties in the Health Equipment Management Branch (HEMB), Medical Maintenance Department, TAMC.
Maintain the medical maintenance data in accordance with the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) and Medical Command (MEDCOM) guidance.
Extract specific data from the maintenance work orders, such as, repair costs, start and completion dates, man hours expended, technician codes, and work center where work was performed.
Input maintenance data for schedule services into DMLSS when new equipment is purchased.
Compile information from computer listings and prepares a variety of reports, such as status of actions, costs of repairs, parts, labor and production reports.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks.
Act as a liaison between customers, different sections within branch and technicians within branch.
Perform other duties as assigned in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Medical Maintenance Section of HEMB.
