We need to hire a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate should thrive working in a fast paced, startup environment and be excited about FUB’s mission and potential. The ideal candidate will have outstanding time management skills, professional communication skills (verbal, written), attention to detail, and a strong sense of security and discretion. The person joining us must be comfortable with a team-first approach in a remote work environment.
Eric Bramlett owns and manages Bramlett Residential and Bramlett Design + Build. Our brokerage is now 40+ agents and employees selling 600+ homes/year. We start 2-3 build projects per year. We have won multiple ABJ real estate awards and the ABJ Fast 50. We are already very organized, but always open to improvements. Work Environment
This will ultimately become a hybrid in-office/remote position. Initially, it will be an in-office position and we’ll move to a more flexible arrangement as our workflows are built out. Initially, the in-office position will be at our brokerage office at 5025 Burnet Rd. We’re in the process of building a new primary residence, and the in-office portion will move to that space (designed to access easily) when it’s completed sometime in 2022.

We do not have a regular work schedule and are in and out of Austin quite a bit. The right person for this role is a self-starter, but not afraid to ask questions. (This position does have a regular M-F schedule.)
Role Responsibilities
Protect Eric’s time at all costs! : ) Filter all inbound requests to keep an eye out for those people/places/things that are important and help prioritize them.
Check and process mail 2-3x per week
Collaboratively maintain books
Assist with materials sourcing (if you like design, this is super fun!)
Assist with project prioritization and deadlines
Process transaction compliance files
Assist with travel (tickets, hotels, etc)
Assist with social events (childcare, reservations, etc)
Set up IRL and Zoom meetings
Update the office calendar
Run Payroll 2x per month
Assist with meeting sponsorships
Assist with communications (check email)
Potentially: Assist with new agent onboarding
Ongoing projects that require research and documentation
As a small business, there will be many other responsibilities not listed here!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
