Position : Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Description : If you’re a marketing nerd, fun, wicked smart, like to learn stuff, and want to change the world. we are looking for an energetic, hard-working Marketing Assistant to support a small but growing team of cutting-edge marketers. Our job can be very rewarding but also requires flexibility with changing client requirements and new projects. Many tasks will be routine but others may change depending on the projects and client needs. Either way, our team handles it with grace and we maintain a fun and stress-free environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will include organizing and managing social media accounts and campaigns, email, Text Messaging campaigns, and interactions with the public. You will also prepare reports, attend meetings, assist with photo and video shoots, work with photoshop, video editing software, drones, and much more! We are constantly adding new skills and will train and support you. We don’t do things like other companies, so if you are smart, interested in marketing, and can learn quickly, this is a perfect job for you.
Responsibilities
Be Awesome
Relationship and social media management
Support the team in planning and organizing
Assist on Photo or Video Shoots
Gather important Analytic Data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
Update and track data with spreadsheets & databases
Assist in the organizing of promotional events
Assist in Planning & Execution of traditional or digital campaigns
Assist in project planning and execution
Create Social Media Posts and Copy under Supervision & Approval
Communicate directly with clients team and encourage positive relationships
Skills
Experience as a marketing assistant or a deep desire to succeed at this task
Good understanding of office management and marketing concepts
Well-organized Self-Starter
Customer-oriented approach
Working knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and email blasts
Knowledge of MS Office, Spreadsheets, Photoshop, CRM tools, WordPress, Online analytics, Google Adwords, is helpful but not required
Exquisite communication and people skills
High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is an advantage but not required
