Comp: $200K + 30%
Location: Plano, TX
The Woodmansee Group is a Retained Executive Search Firm representing a fast growing healthcare company that is a leader in their industry. They are seeking a VP, Operations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience and a solid track record leading a multi-site operational business, ideally in healthcare with revenues of at least $500M .
This position will report to the COO and will be based in Plano, TX.
Summary:
The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for clinic services in parts of the Southeast US markets. In this role, you will be responsible for the launch and successful operation of up to 20+ clinics with annual run-rate revenues of ~$250M – $500M. As a general manager, you will drive all aspects of the business: culture, team development, clinical outcomes, p/l management, growth, and ongoing business development.
Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Complete accountability for 20+ clinics, ~100+ teammates (including up to 5 direct reports), representing ~$200M – $500M revenue.
Drive the successful launch of new clinics in new and existing markets from site identification to ongoing clinic operations
Lead the development of a team, from managers to direct patient care teammates. Inspire your team to join you in the quest to provide high quality patient care.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that maximize clinical outcomes and growth.
Lead team to deliver the nation’s leading clinical outcomes
Address top growth priorities by completing due diligence on clinic expansions, relocations, and where to build new clinics.
Work closely with Sales Organization to cultivate physician and hospital relationships
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years progressive management experience required
Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required
Leadership of a multi-site operational business, ideally healthcare
Proven experience leading large, high performing teams
Proven experience identifying and driving growth in your business
Track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership; demonstrated financial expertise
Proven success engaging with physicians preferred

Travel up to 50%
