Our company is hiring a talent acquisition specialist to join our team. This position is predominantly is remote, but occasionally may require an onsite visit to our multi-locations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work collaboratively with the Human Resources Director and other department managers. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in full life cycle recruiting, have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as familiar with the medical industry.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Full life cycle recruiting process including but not limited to managing job descriptions, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, monitoring and tracking candidate pipeline, screening resumes, conducting candidate interviews, providing substantial feedback, administering assessments, providing hiring recommendations and coordinating offers of employment.
Prepare and execute all hiring paperwork including offer letters, new hire documents, background checks, employment verifications, and letters of employment
Source potential candidates for job openings ensuring position requirements and expectations are assessed
Monitor, improve, and execute sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels
Partner with 3rd party vendors as needed
Facilitate offboarding including conducting exit interviews, communicating transition of benefits, and coordinating with other departments to complete offboarding
Support new hire training including scheduling and coordinating program with Managers
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
Effective time management, prioritization, and follow through
Effectively juggle multiple priorities at once
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
Ability to develop relationships with emphasis on treating the business and candidates as customers and maintain open, consistent communication
Demonstrate the ability to see the “big picture”
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
