DataBank is pleased to announce that we are currently recruiting for an
Electronic Medical Records Assembler to join our Production team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience using varied software programs to perform hospital cell assembly work virtually with maximum quality, accuracy, and speed according to job priority and specifications.
We are currently hiring for full time and part time applicants to work hours during daytime and evening shifts.
We will also consider part time applicants available to work evening shifts.
This position will be a remote, work-from-home opportunity with equipment provided. All training will be one-on-one and conducted remotely via Zoom.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions/Job Duties:

Ability to read and understand job specifications
Ability to identify medical record forms and assign their correct location in the medical record according to established Medical Record Chart Orders as adhered to specifications set by the client contracted for E-Assembly
Ability to work closely with other departments, for the completion of the work to the client
Maintain the turnaround times as governed by contracts with client
Maintain accurate production records to note billable hours
Meet all quality and production standards
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines.
Epic EMR Experience required
Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Google Sheets
Experience using dual monitors
Strong memorization skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or GED Certificate Required
Ability to work remote, from a home office with hi-speed internet/modem
