Position : Industrial Field Administration and Payroll

As a HydroChemPSC Data Insight Administrator, you will process accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and other duties as assigned for branch operations.
What you will learn and do:
Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Ensure timely processing of weekly payroll and other administrative functions, including data entry
Answer incoming calls to branch location
Improve service quality to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations
Act as Human Resources Liaison
Prepare Personnel Action Forms (PAF’s) for approval, and ensure timely processing of these forms
What you need to bring:
5 or more years of clerical experience that may include accounting and bookkeeping
Accounting experience strongly preferred
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented, and have strong customer relations skills
Be able to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines
Must have computer background, working with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Office
High school diploma
Some college accounting and business courses preferred
