JOB PROFILE
Designation: Accounts Executive
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master in Finance Management would be an added advantage.
Type: Contract.
Experience: 3-5 years managing payables & receivables
Job Responsibility:
Review, verify sort, code, and match PO and NON-PO invoices. To enter and process invoices into the ERP system.
Prepare and Perform Payment process.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Respond to Query and clarification Emails from Local finance, buyers, and internal queries on daily basis.
Prepare Monthly reports and submit them on time.
Updating of Process documentation.
Assist with month-end closing.
Perform vendor reconciliation and take necessary action.
Review aged payables ensure old invoices are paid as on due date.
Monitor debt balances and take appropriate action.
Skills:
Must possess an in-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, including general ledger added advantage like Journals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidate should be prompt, expert in Vendor, Customer, Banks reconciliations, etc.,
Speed & Accuracy are important.
Good in typing, communication, and interpersonal including presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Should be flexible to work in shifts.
Must be committed to ethical behavior and demonstrate a willingness for any challenges to adhere to client/company policies and any financial regulations.
Nice to Have:
ERP exposure (preferably Oracle R12/R11)
