Program :
Develops and execute negotiation strategies to deliver Program targets on tooling and piece price.
Proactive planning of activities to meet/beat Business/Program objectives.
TVM :
Negotiate and achieve YoY / Multi Year cost reductions with global suppliers through development & utilization of analytical tools to deliver / exceed business plan objectives.
Generate and analyze Value Stream Mapping for commodities and achieve optimal sub-components sourcing footprint.
Lead negotiations with suppliers for Thailand / S,Africa markets (Global supplier footprint)
Champion Lean / Value Engineering projects with global suppliers and bring on opportunities
Lead / Support Cross Functional Teams in development of sustainable supply base with leadership in Quality, Delivery & costing
Drive for the localization and cost saving for the affected markets to meet the market regulations
Identification of High-risk suppliers and develop action plan to mitigate risk
Drive opportunities vide Data Analytics / Data Science on projects / VSM mapping and identify opportunities on cost and efficiency
Strategy Development
Effective participant in Global commodity meetings to bring value to IMG by leveraging global / regional programs with global suppliers to meet our both TVM and Program objectives
Formulate Regional commodity strategy for near and long business term and effective infusion of the same in Global commodity business plan
Leadership potential
Demonstrate proactive & active engagement in group projects displaying we than I approach – team dynamics & behavior.
