Job Description : Designation: Customer Care Executive
Job Type: Full-time – Inbound Process
Shift Timings: 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm / 10am to 7pm/ 11am to 8pm
Weekly off: Rotational Shifts & 6 days of working in a week

Eligibility Criteria:
Under graduate/ Graduate is Must
Candidates must have Good English Communication Skills with One regional Language
Laptop/desktop & with good high speed internet connection (Broadband) is must
Mobile hotspot can’t be used
Under 18 Candidates are not entertained
Should be flexible with shifts

Responsibilities and Duties:
Should handle calls of the customer
Should handle Customer queries & Resolve effectively.
Should provide good service to customers.
Should be Self-Learner
