Job Description : Personal Assistant
Manage all administrative tasks and correspondence for the stakeholders
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Acting as the point of contact between the internal team and clients
Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
Basic Research Skills
Client Interaction Skills
Responsibilities:

You will assist the executive team with administrative, correspondence and coordination, to help improve productivity. You will be responsible for running business tasks, calendar management, maintaining ongoing business files, managing meetings and assisting with creating outgoing correspondence, payment followups.

Develop and support creative strategies campaigns, across various platforms
Work with various internal team members and clients to ensure the client campaign is addressed and client expectations are met or surpassed.
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Source office supplies
Organising meetings, calls and making minutes of the meeting
Devise and maintain office filing system, attendance
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Take ownership of accounts and manage invoicing, payment followups
Doing basic research and reporting
Overseeing and developing creative marketing campaigns
Assisting in outbound or inbound communication
Undertake individual tasks as assigned
Writing and proofreading correspondence

Minimum Requirements:
Sound understanding of Marketing, Design and ContentExcellent communications skills.Writing experience (in any capacity).Strong time management and organizational skills.Flexibility in terms of coordinating daily business and working on multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to interact with multiple clients
