Job Description : Qualification: Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
Description: HN Safal calls for experienced individuals for our Finance Executive role to assist in the finance & legal aspects for its various Projects located in Ahmedabad.
Requirements:
Must have significant experience & knowledge of Real Estate industry.
Must have excellent oral & written communication skills.
Fluency in English Language.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Computer & Microsoft Office suite skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling day to day activity of finance department.
Provide finance facility to the client for property loan.
Offer / Assist the client for selecting the better options of property loan and process their documents & complete the other formalities related to property loan.
Solving bank queries & deal with bank and other financial institution(s) for any work related to finance / legal aspect for property loan.
Responsible for preparing APF documents for various projects.
Responsible for preparing project finance documents and provide the quarterly progress report & other related documents.
Responsible for preparing RERA Documents and provide the quarterly progress report & other related documents.
