We operate our five brands in over 39 countries; employ more than 400 people with over 55 different nationalities worldwide.For our office in Bangalore we are looking for a full time Customer Service Expert.Your ResponsibilityProvide excellent customer service following company’s procedures and using the companies tone of voice via chat, email, phone and social mediaSupport other agents with difficult customer questions as a subject matter expertPerform floorwalker’s duties when neededFunctional RequirementsSecondary vocational education or higher professional educationMinimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service.Minimum of 2 years experience in aviation industryExperience in handling Amadeus or any other GDS(Sabre, Worldspan etc.).
