Position : Accounts Assistant
Job Description : Locations: Bangalore
Budget: as per Karnataka Labour Act. PF, ESI, Bonus & Professional Tax will be deducted as per prevailing Govt Rules
Qualification: The minimum qualification should be B.Com. Must be well versed using TALLY Accounting Software
Experience: minimum 1 year
Skills:
Should be able to work on Tally Account software, including Inventory module
Should have worked atleast 6 months in handling Accounts Book Keeping / using Tally Accounting Software
Should have good communication skill
Candidates should have basic level work experience in Microsoft Excel & Word
Must possess 2 Wheeler Driving License
Job Description:
To prepare Vouchers using Tally Software
Periodical reports on Sales / Purchase / Receipts & payments (Bank / Cash), Stock statement
Should assist the Head of Accounts for Bank / Cash Reconciliation
Interact with Auditors for Year end process
Process for Selection:
Telephonic interview by the Accounts Manager
Personal interview – Accounts / Finance & HR
