Role and Responsibilities:
Investigate and determine employee needs
Develop and execute sustainable hiring plan.
Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees
Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Work with hiring managers to create job description
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Develop a pool of candidates in advance of need
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Design, plan and execute selection processes
Find bottleneck in the recruitment process
Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the talent acquisition team
Generate both period and ad hoc reports as needed
Plan employee referral programs.
Mandatory Skills
Strong tech hiring background
Should have handled all activities from Sourcing to offer.
adept at using multiple tools for tech, product and analytics hiring
