Job Description : Creative Marketing ManagerPlease note that this role is temporarily remote due to COVID-19. Long-term remote work or relocation can also be considered.The Role: We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and executing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and brand awareness, across digital and offline channels. The Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Marketing Director and other Managers to lead the creative and growth marketing team.*Portfolio submission is strongly recommended for this role.Responsibilities: Participate in strategic planning and executionManage priorities and tasks of the marketing teamProvide leadership, guidance, and support to marketing teamDevelop ideas, concepts and strategies for marketing channelsManage projects including conceptualizing, strategy, creative development, program launch, measurement, and reportingManage monthly & weekly editorial calendarProduce marketing creative needs:Transform complex concepts into simple, engaging copyEdit and finalize copy: organic socials, digital ads, emails, SMS, UI/UXDesigning video and image ads, email campaigns, and organic social content.Qualifications: 4-7 years marketing experience, ecommerce, skincare, DTC brandsExperience in leading a team to strategize and execute marketing initiativesStrong sense of design, preferred proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After EffectsStrong project management skills with ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to adaptExperience advertising on Facebook, Pinterest, Google, Linear TV/Connected TV, etc.The Company: Musely provides medical skincare treatments through technology.
