Job Description : Job descriptionWe are a growing service company seeking someone to work either remotely or in our south Seattle-area office, per the employee’s preference. The work will need to take place between 8am and 5pm Seattle time, as it involves interaction with co-workers, customers, and suppliers/vendors primarily in this area, but applicants in other time zones will be considered if they are willing to adjust their work hours to Pacific time.Detailed Description: This is a fast-paced and challenging position for a detail-oriented, customer-service driven individual. The main focus is to facilitate appointments for our contractors, entering and updating orders in a database, communicating with customers and supplier/venders via phone, email, and text. Position also includes supervising a small team, conducting meetings, assisting in policy development, monitoring and measuring team performance and providing performance reports.Skills needed: · Great verbal and written communication skills· Detail-oriented person· Leadership/motivational skills· Data management/data analysis skills· Organizational and time management skills· Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently and independently· Basic computer and software knowledge and skills (including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.)· Excellent understanding of customer serviceOther: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred and/or degree. An interest in and awareness of foreign cultures, is also preferred.Schedule: Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M – F, Pacific time zone.
