Job Description : Harvest Right is looking to hire a few caring individuals with hard work ethic, positive attitudes, and fun personalities to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, great follow up skills, the ability to answer inbound calls from customers, email instructions and links to customers, type at least 45 WPM, navigate our customer database, stay on task, and work well as a member of an amazing support team.We are looking for people to work a variety of shifts (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM to 4:30, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM). Monday through Friday. These shifts include a 30 min lunch.Customer Service is the way to get in the door to our company and then there are lots of promotions and career opportunities within the company since we often promote from within.Harvest Right is a great place to work. Starting pay is $15/hr but can be higher depending on experience. We offer generous PTO, Holiday Pay, bonuses, and other incentives. Our company is growing so much and this creates lots of openings for management positions, team leads, sales positions, and working with our national accounts. Our employees are wonderful, management is great, and our customer base is phenomenal. Our business has quadrupled in the past year and we still haven’t hit our peak for growth.
