Project: This is a 3 million sq. ft. high-rise residential project in south Mumbai with a panoramic view of the racecourse, comprising of three 250 metres – 270 metres tall towers, 3 basements, and a nine-level podium structure with 60-70 habitable floors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in preparing and submission of progress reports.
Assisting in managing the finalisation of work method statement (MST) and logistic plan, factory visit, and organising project review meeting.
Conferring with sub-contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints or construction problems.
Checking feasibility of design ideas, based on factors, modify drawings to match with circumstances, confer with engineering, production or sales departments, modify designs to conform with customer specifications, production limitations or changes in design trends.
Understanding the client techno-commercial requirements.
Inspecting during execution and post-execution, material inspection, quality checking, a safety audit of execution and equipment.
Assisting in managing the façade work along with design coordination.
About you
You have a degree/diploma qualification in construction, civil engineering. You have extensive experience in facade designing and detailing which includes detailing of curtain wall systems (stick, 2-way, 4-way, unitised), structural glazing, frameless partitions, spider glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, canopies and balustrades. You have experience in managing façade work in high-rise (50+ stories project) in India or abroad.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and our ambitious people alike. You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
