Job Description : CLINICAL ADMINISTRATION MANAGERJOB SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE: The Clinical Administration Manager supports the Director of Clinical Experience and Strategy and leads, manages and develops clinical administrative staff. The role ensures necessary resources are in place for the clinical administration team to secure student clinical and preceptor placementsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Guide clinical administration activities, staffing, training, and developmentIdentify opportunities to improve clinical administration department policies and procedures with the objective of growth and scalabilityDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the number of clinical placements needed vs. availableCommunicate all aspects of clinical placements (numbers, types, etc.) through cross departmental interactions and reportingAct as departmental contact from clinical partner sites, coordinating with identified department leaders to ensure resolution in a swift mannerOversee clinical registration processOversee immunization complianceMonitor incoming cohort populations and participate in clinical placement forecastingPartner with IT in oversight of clinical placement software systems and programsCoordinate affiliation agreements with clinical partnersMonitor affiliation agreements, expiration dates, requirements, etc.Maintain positive working relationships with clinical sitesSupport clinical department leaders and projects as neededMonitor and audit student and clinical partner record keeping to ensure compliance with accrediting bodiesCollaborate on placement of student clinical groups and clinical site schedulesMonitor maintenance of clinical partner contact listMonitor incoming and outgoing departmental correspondenceOther duties as directed by supervisorBEHAVIORS AND COMPETENCIES:Technical and Professional Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAchievement of technical and professional knowledge, skills, and abilities is high in position-related areas; demonstrates curiosity and keeps current with trends in areas of expertise.Communication SkillsEffectively listens, speaks, observes, and empathizes while showing appropriate assertiveness, confidence, and respect.
