If you have successfully recommended growth plans, created project budgets, and worked with senior or executive teams as an advisor on the latest technologies and solutions to further company success, then this could be the right fit for you.Parasol Group offers a competitive wage and benefits package including: · 401(k) with a generous match· PPO/HDHP Medical options· Dental, Vision and Life· HSA· Annual, Sick and Personal Leave· Paid HolidaysThis position reports to the COO of Parasol Group and will: · Manage networks in a multi-unit business environment· Maintain WAN/LAN and firewalls (UniFi), including VPN and site-to-site connections· Ensure all network and local printers and supplies are maintained· Create/maintain backups for file servers and databases· Set up and maintain workstations· Resolve daily technical issues and participate in troubleshooting for all businesses· Train and oversee Help Desk personnel· Order and inventory IT equipment· Onboard and offboard user accounts such as AD, email, and SaaS solutionsPosition requires: · Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of two years’ equivalent work experience· Windows 10 management· Windows Server management (AD, Group Policy, DNS, LDAP, RADIUS, etc.)· Experience managing Apple devices through an MDM (iPads and Apple TVs)· Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology· Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes· Strong problem solving, and communication skills required· Salesforce experience (preferred)· Boomi experience (preferred)· Google Workspace experience (preferred)Additional Information· DOE $50,000 to $65,000/year· Job Type: Full-time, ExemptJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
