Job Description : Part-Time Assistant in SeattleThis busy, single professional is seeking a part-time assistant to help manage her household in North Beacon Hill and her mother’s household in Leschi. They anticipate needing 12-16 hours/week of help. There is flexibility to choose what days/schedule, although they would prefer 1 longer day with 2 shorter days per week. The women are fun to talk to, Mom is a good companion, the dog is adorable, and everyone has a great sense of humor. This position offers autonomy and a nice diversity of tasks.Regular Responsibilities include: · Grocery shopping, pantry/fridge/kitchen organization, meal prep/planning for easy reheating/snacking needs (ex. prepping veggies or making a larger casserole or crock pot meal· Light tidy/clean of kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and bedroom· Dust/vacuum· Taking out garbage/recycling· Laundry· Dog care (dog walks/dog park or just having her hang out with you) & cat care· Bringing in mail/deliveries· Lunch pickup· Dropping off donations· Picking up supplies/prescriptionsOccasional Needs and Special Projects: · Small home organization projects as time allows· Holiday decorations· Meeting vendors· Errands· Dog care errands· Fun and companionship for Mom· Assisting with family’s rental propertiesLocation: North Beacon Hill & Leschi (homes are about 1 mile apart)Start Date: As soon as they find the right personCommitment: 6-month contract, with option to renew if mutual desiredWage: $35+/hour DOEHours: approx. 12-16 hours/week, 3 days/week (flexible on start/end times/days)Benefits: guaranteed hours, taxes withheld, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick leaveNanny Vehicle/Driving required: driving requiredPets: 1 dog (lab), 2 catsJob Type: Part-timePay: From $35.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Personal assistant: 1 year (Preferred)Household Managers: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
