Job Description : Job Overview :
People Intern’s responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Responsibilities & Duties :
Coordinate in overall recruitment processes: sourcing, evaluating, and screening potential candidates through social media, job boards and additional recruiting tools.
Conduct and schedule initial screens/interviews.
Support in building talent pipeline through scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Updating our employee records and trackers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Knowledge Required :
Currently pursuing a Business Administration in HR Specialization.
Strong written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Excellent technology skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentially
