Description:
Shikhar is HUL’s flagship and one of India’s largest eB2B app for retailers. The product team is housed within the customer development function and is extremely lean and fast-paced. We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated associate who will be the custodian of all assets appearing on the home page as well as the product listing pages. The role would span:
Being product owner for the content management system for Shikhar and responsible for formulating feature specs basis business team requirement, partnering developers, UAT and shipping changes Partnering with category teams to improve product & scheme catalogues with attributes required for various app features such as search meta tags, images etc. Reporting post-release bugs and conducting detailed analysis for understanding root cause
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, be comfortable working across multiple complex functions and have capability to influence business stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable training other stakeholders on systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will be comfortable in executing repeatable processes.
Required qualifications:
Experience with catalogue management in e-comm/modern trade/consumer tech firm Experience interfacing with technology teams and systems such as Jira Data analytical skills using Excel etc. SQL querying would be a plus Previous experience in a product team would be a plus
