Position : Project Manager, Implementation
Job Description : The Implementation Coordinator position primarily acts as the coortinator and main point of contact for new users as they adopt our Curve Hero Dental Practice Management Software. This position is the primary liaison between the client and our internal team (data services, training, and support) and will drive the delivery of our client engagements according to the agreed upon scope, time and budget—all while ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will coordinate multiple concurrent projects and will work with a number of resources, both internal and external. From the initiation of a client implementation through to completion, this position will be responsible to:Develop a thorough understanding of client business requirements, and plan implementation projects with these needs in mind.Set and manage Client expectations, and clearly communicate Hero Implementation Project Plan, key deliverables and timelines, and Client roles and responsibilities.Manage, track and communicate the progress of several concurrent client implementation projects.Coordinate client training, data conversion, and general set-up requirements. Communicate between internal teams what the needs and expectations are for the Client.Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and implementation project roadblocks.Acquire signoff of key deliverables from Clients as required, such as Preliminary and Final Data Review Forms.Communicate change orders, status reports, and risk reports as required.QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in Project/Implementation Coordination, specifically leading change related to enterprise software solutionsAn understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to the dental or medical professionsExperience with software in a SaaS environment is an asset.Experience with JIRA, Netsuite, Windows (XP or higher) and Mac OS (10.4 or higher) is an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone and email correspondenceBasic knowledge of computer hardware, database structure and network troubleshootingHOW TO APPLY: Send your resume with the subject line: Project Coordinator!
