Job Description : Youth Care is looking for a detail oriented, professional individual to join our team. Youth Care is a residential treatment center providing mental health services for adolescents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Answers phones within three rings with a pleasant, professional presentation. Responds to callers in an appropriate manner, directing calls to the appropriate persons, delivering messages in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsible for answering front door and providing visitor security and screening.
Provides administrative support to the Health Information Manager. This includes, but is not limited to, auditing, closing, scanning charts, sending out medical records, and other medical record duties as assigned.
Provides administrative support to Executive Director and other departments and individuals as assigned.
Provides backup for Admissions Team in creating medical chart.
Assists coworkers with administrative functions and use of business machines.
Receives and logs mail and packages, orders and distributes office supplies, and maintains office equipment.
Assists with processing Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) forms in accordance with ICPC law.
Typing 40+ wpm
Maintains job list for the Facilities Team.
Keeps common office areas and supply closets clean and organized.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years’ experience in an office setting using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Dependable, self-motivated, strong customer service skills
At least 21 years old, Physical and emotional ability to work with adolescents and parents in stressful and emergency situations
