Job Description : We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to interact and engage with our audience of over 700,000 followers. Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and making our audience feel like part of a community.ResponsibilitiesPublish and share daily content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actionModerate all user-generated content in line with our brand voice and valuesContinuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the informationCollaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actionsSkillsProven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialistExcellent writing and communication skillsDemonstrable social networking experience and social analytic knowledgeKnowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channelsPositive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilityFluency in EnglishCompleted or pursuing a BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public RelationsJob Type: Part-timePay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Orem, UT 84057: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Social Media, Marketing, or Communications: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
